Mobile Spy defines the latest in high-tech cell phone monitoring. Parents and employers can easily install software directly onto a compatible smartphone or tablet they own and have the proper consent to monitor.
Once the software is installed onto the device to be monitored, it logs activity such as SMS messages and call information along with periodic GPS locations when a GPS signal is available.
There's no need to worry about being near the device to view the activity after installation because activities are viewable using ANY web browser, even a Mac or phone web browser.
A. Customer agrees to the terms and installs Mobile Spy onto the phone they own and have proper consent to monitor. Customer configures program.
B. Child or employee performs SMS messages, URL browsing and call activities. Mobile Spy logs the activities and inserts the logs to the customer's Mobile Spy account.
C. Customer logs into their online account from any web browser where they can view all logged activities in near real time.
This new technology might sound complicated but the process is actually quite easy using our online User Guide and other documentation. Below you will find a summarized version of how the entire process works. Remember, Mobile Spy works on many platforms including Android and iPhone!
In order to purchase this software you must first acknowledge and agree that you are the owner or authorized administrator of the device you wish to install the software onto. We DO NOT condone or promote the use of our software for illegal purposes. You must also notify any individual they are being monitored.
If you qualify and are ready to purchase, go to the appropriate Order Page and complete all sections and agree to the Mobile Spy Legal Requirements. Enter your customer and billing information. Then complete the order and check your email.
After the order is complete, you will be instantly emailed a receipt with your registration code. This code is used to Register your account so you can create your username and password for your online account.
This email will also contain a link to download the program. You can download and install the application onto the device to be monitored using the included instructions. Also, the download and installation instructions can be found in the online User Guide.
After Mobile Spy is downloaded to the phone, you will run the installer file on the phone. Once the software is installed, you are ready to adjust settings.
Once Mobile Spy is installed, the interface is accessible by entering your username and password. From there you can change the various settings of the program.
Select which activities you wish to monitor and then select the option to start monitoring.
After you have started the monitoring it will remain active from that point on. Even if the phone is turned off and back on it will still remain active. Activities will now be logged and inserted to your Mobile Spy account.
Then you can login to your account by visiting the Login Page anytime. After entering your username and password you will be brought to the Online Control Panel. Log entries are categorized by activity types on the left side. Click a type to start viewing!
